1.1 The delivery charge for rack kits will be £10 + VAT

1.2 Assembled and Made to measure orders will be charged at £15.32 +VAT [£18 including VAT].

1.3 Unless specified all products are + postage & packing, However there maybe exceptions where some products have a special offer which means their price is including postage & packing.

2.1 Wine Case shall deliver the product(s) to the Delivery Address by [give details of delivery method].

2.2 The product(s) will be dispatched to you by Wine Case within [30] days of its sending you an acceptance of your order, however most orders will be dispatched within 7 - 10 working days. Delivery is normally up to 3 days after dispatch.

2.3 If Wine Case are unable to dispatch your order within the time period referred to in clause 2.2 above you may contact us and cancel the order. In that case Wine Case will refund any money paid by you for the product(s).

2.4 Wine Case will not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the product(s).

2.5 If product(s) are lost before delivery Wine Case liability shall be limited to replacing the product(s) within a reasonable time or issuing a refund. You must however notify Wine Case if product(s) you have ordered have not been received within [30] days of your receipt of the confirmation of order. Orders received before the 3rd December will be processed and delivered before Christmas. Orders received after this time will be processed on a first come first delivery basis. Our workshop is closed between the Friday 21st December and the 2nd January.

3.1 You may cancel the entire contract for any reason during the five day period starting on the day you or the person to whom you have requested that the product(s) be sent receives the product(s). In these circumstances you can obtain a refund from Wine Case equal to the amount of the price payable under the contract together with any VAT thereon and less any credit/debit card charges and delivery costs which have occurred. You may not cancel part of a contract.

3.2 If you exercise the right to cancel the contract set out in clause 3.1.

3.2.1 you are entitled to a refund from Wine Case of all amounts that you have paid under the contract together with any VAT thereon and less any credit/debit card charges and delivery costs which have occurred within 30 days of the receipt by Wine Case of the notice of cancellation;

3.2.2 you must return the product(s) to Wine Case at the address notified to you in the confirmation of order within 3 days of giving notice of cancellation to Wine Case. You are required to take reasonable care to ensure that the parcel containing the product(s) is received by Wine Case. You must pay the cost of returning the product(s) to the Wine Case return address.
